BDD CVD is made of thin films by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Because the material is all made of diamond films, there is no silicon, niobium, tantalum, and other metal materials as the substrate.

 

 

Compared with the conventional boron-containing diamond electrode with a matrix material, it has higher purity and better performance, but it takes more time to grow the product in a large size, so the cost is relatively high. Therefore, the smaller size BDD CVD is widely used in precision instruments and high-standard test environments.

 

It is mainly used in heat treatment, electrochemical oxidation treatment, ideal anode material for biodegradable organic wastewater.
